Essential Oil used in this Blend
CEDARWOOD
Cedarwood emits a cozy, earthy scent that brings a sense of comfort and upliftment. Use Cedarwood oil into your shower routine to create a calming yet powerful environment.
LAVENDER 
Inhalation of lavender oil increased relaxation and improved cognitive performance. 
VETIVER

The Routine

• Simply place the shower bomb on the shower floor, bomb bowl or soap shelf and let the water activate the essential oils.
• As steam develops, take deep breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
• As you breathe in the aromatic vapors, feel tension melt away from your body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and deeply relaxed. 
  
• For a stronger effect, rub the tablet on your palms and inhale deeply.
• Remember to keep the tablet dry between uses.
