The Routine

• Simply place the shower bomb on the shower floor, bomb bowl or soap shelf and let the water activate the essential oils.
• As steam develops, take deep breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth.  
• Inhale deeply as the aromatic vapors envelop you, awakening your senses and preparing you for the day ahead
• For a stronger effect, rub the tablet on your palms and inhale deeply.
• Remember to keep the tablet dry between uses.
